This app is easy to use and makes working toward your goal pretty simple. To use this app with music, start your run and the voice will interrupt your music. Lock your screen and start your music again from the Lock Screen menu. Only other thing I should point out is this app is really gonna work best if you’ve got an Apple Watch. Being able to glance at your wrist instead of your phone when a notification pops up is much nicer.
