Trails LA County is the official trail guide for hundreds of miles of public multi-use trails across Los Angeles County. It offers GPS-aware maps, precise trail data, curated outings, beautiful photography, and essential trail information to help you stay on the right path.

Built by the LA County Department of Parks and Recreation in collaboration with the U.S. National Park Service, California State Parks, Mountains Recreation Conservation Authority, Mountains Restoration Trust, and the Catalina Island Conservancy, Trails LA County also provides event details and partner information. Note: the app uses background location to notify you when you’re near a task location for challenges; continued use may affect battery life.
