We launched Mindoula because each of us has had personal experience with mental illness, either directly or through a loved one. We realized that the behavioral health system was broken and decided to take it upon ourselves to fix it by focusing on the people we serve, not their diagnoses or symptom sets. I was referred by my doctor to this service and I was contacted by a representative who explained the process. It was explained that patients never speak to their psychiatrist. They are assigned a care worker who relays information to the people with degrees. I didn’t ask but if they were trained in any medical profession they would have titles like PA, RN or even MA. I’m not interested in doing therapy with some call center employee who sends my information to one doctor who has to go through a thousand files a day.

From the start, I cannot scroll in the first section of the app. It will not let me do anything to scroll or zoom in to try and make the material it is displaying to me readable. It must be some sort of bug. Please fix this.
