MojaMind is a creative, arts-based mental health app co-developed with and for young women aged 18–24, particularly in low-resource settings. It provides a safe, supportive space for self-expression, reflection, and enhancing emotional resilience through weekly art-based activities. By utilising tools such as drawing, writing, voice notes, and nature-inspired creativity, MojaMind helps you connect with your emotions, explore your identity, and strengthen your coping skills—all within a secure, user-friendly mobile platform.

App Features:

Most mental health tools aren’t designed for young women in low-resource contexts. MojaMind fills that gap by offering a culturally relevant, evidence-informed approach rooted in creativity, self-expression, and resilience. Co-designed by young women in South Africa, it creates a space that feels personal, empowering, and safe.
