Consistent late billing. Inability to get in touch with someone to resolve issues or answer questions. References different areas of the app that cannot be found. Account doesn’t delete despite choosing that option multiple times. All resources in this app are already available for free elsewhere online.

The app is clunky and glitches out constantly. I miss info quite a bit and have had to rely on emails to contact my folks. The video meeting summaries are great though

bad service overall. therapist was never able to keep a schedule, in worst cases they would missed appointments and acted like nothing was ever scheduled. sondermind by itself is even worse. i was billed eleven and a half months after a session had taken place. i went back into my planner and saw there was a session scheduled but the therapist had cancelled it day of. now i get billed almost a year later ???? you best believe they took my money too even while i was trying to figure things out with support. several emails have gonna without a response from their service team and theyre phone service is just as bad. ive also attempted numerous times to delete my account overall with no luck. every time i fill out the form to delete the account nothing happens or i am told to contact a certain department (who is unable to respond apparently). there is also no way to remove your payment information from their service. i fear they will continue to charge me for service i did not receive. AVOID THIS APP
