Awesome Breathing is a simple, elegant tool to guide and visualize your breathing for meditation, sleep, stress relief, and anxiety management. Use it daily to cultivate calm with a clean, unobtrusive interface. Features include fully customizable inhale, exhale, and optional pause durations; built-in programs like Box Breathing, Relaxing Breathing, Equal Breathing, Measured Breathing, and Triangle Breathing; optional guided vocal cues; reminders; vibration mode; and multiple color themes. You can also save sessions as Mindful Minutes in the Health app and create custom programs for repeat use.

Sessions can be free-form or timed up to 30 minutes, with an optional pre-session countdown. The app guides you with audible cues to inhale, hold, and exhale so you can breathe with your eyes closed or without looking at your screen. Designed for accessibility and ease of use, Awesome Breathing aims to help you sleep better, reduce anxiety, and bring a moment of mindfulness to any day.
