Pros

Easy to use and functional when it works.
Simple, straightforward UI that is easy to navigate when the app is functioning properly.

Cons

Frequent data synchronization issues between the mobile app and the web system, resulting in missing or out-of-date information.
Notes and other data can be wiped or lost, forcing users to retype or keep external copies.
No or unreliable notifications and dispatch updates, leaving techs unaware of changes.
Login/authentication problems, including being unable to log in for days.
Poor support and troubleshooting guidance, with suggestions to reinstall or reset and little meaningful assistance.

Recent reviews

This is one of the worst dispatching tools I’ve ever used. Effective and clear communication is almost impossible and separate emails/notes are always necessary. There’s no way to organize open tickets. There’s no way to clearly ‘flag’ or highlight a ticket if additional actions are required (proposals, follow up visits etc). Job reports are painfully unintuitive and information-lacking for the customer. You might as well write down what you did and forward it to the office.
