Service Tech Mobile allows technicians to receive work order assignments directly from the office (Spectrum) and then enter time, notes and pictures against the work order. All of the data entered into Service Tech Mobile will be available to the Spectrum Work Order module within moments of connecting to the internet.

Service Tech Mobile is designed to work on and off-line and ships with a fully functioning stand-alone DEMO environment.

Recent reviews
This is one of the worst dispatching tools I’ve ever used. Effective and clear communication is almost impossible and separate emails/notes are always necessary. There’s no way to organize open tickets. There’s no way to clearly ‘flag’ or highlight a ticket if additional actions are required (proposals, follow up visits etc). Job reports are painfully unintuitive and information-lacking for the customer. You might as well write down what you did and forward it to the office.

The developers of this app desperately need to perform some quality of life updates. App is riddled with issues and runs very poorly.
