The Nooie video doorbell worked as expected for about a year and a half. Until one day it stopped recording and saving videos. I tried various methods, regardless of new SD cards, rebooting, setting it up from scratch, reconnecting to the WiFi, nothing worked. WORSE yet, I contacted customer “support “ and they dragged their feet for weeks. They would send one question per email to troubleshoot but hoping I would go away. So I did. I purchased a competitor’s product and informed everyone I know on our condo board of directors that I’m on and I will be announcing this at our annual meeting. Including Amazon reviews and. Lastly, don’t waste your time attempting to “chat” with customer “support “, three attempts and nobody ever responded. Shameful! Shawna
