The app does what it says on the tin. Caveats: 1. The developer has not updated the widget for iOS 26 compatibility. And an open-close/status widget would be really helpful to me. 2. Yale and the app developers need to collaborate to have both their names on the box. In this app driven era, the software support is just as crucial as the hardware.

This update has made the app nearly unusable. Inviting or removing users causes the screen to get stuck loading, forcing me to close out and reopen the app every single time. These are basic functions that worked before the update. Instead of improving the experience, this update has created new problems and made simple tasks frustrating and time consuming. Please prioritize fixing this bug. The app worked much better before this update.
