User feedback is overwhelmingly negative. Recurrent issues include sign-in/login failures, tiny QR codes that won’t scan, unreliable or unavailable payments (including a higher $35 replenishment minimum), frequent crashes, and Toll-by-Plate visibility/navigation problems. A small minority report the app works, but overall reliability is poor.

Recent reviews

I was able to pay my bill and add money to my account so may continue to use my E-Z Pass. Seems easy enough to add a debt or credit card and vehicle. E-Z Enough for me.

If you’re going to make a scan invoice option, actually allow the camera to focus and scan the QR code. If I have to end up typing all the numbers out I might as well get on the website.
