Recurrent issues include sign-in/login failures, tiny QR codes that won’t scan, unreliable or unavailable payments (including a higher $35 replenishment minimum), frequent crashes, and Toll-by-Plate visibility/navigation problems. A small minority report the app works, but overall reliability is poor.

Every time I receive a wasteful paper invoice in the mail I roll my eyes, not because of the bill, but because logging into your app requires 45 minutes of time and releasing custody of my first born child. But surprise! After you’ve reset your username and password 13 times, verify yourself at gunpoint, and finally reach the top of Mount Everest, you cannot simply pay your $10 invoice—you must pay $35 to replenish your account. Paying drive on a public road is already frustrating enough, but you truly top off the unpleasant experience of simply existing with your atrocious app that is clearly despised by all. It appears you’ve been responding to your 1 star reviews to apologize for the inconvenience for the past 7 years now. Maybe it’s time to fix quite literally anything. Thanks!
