If you’ve traveled without a transponder, you can backdate your plate information and pay within 14 days to avoid fines. The app also supports enrolling or managing your I-PASS, Pay By Plate for renters or temporary vehicles, and provides account notifications for easy online control.

Having problems with the app, again. I have paid invoices that I feel are incorrect and get no satisfaction from talking with the customer service department.
