I deleted a car from my account and for some reason it tells me it’s deleted but the car remains on the app, just not active. What’s the point of keeping a car on the platform that stays “deactivated”. Just remove the car. I don’t want to see it on the app.

I've called every hour for over 4 days and there has never been an available customer service rep to talk to, no one's replied to emails and no one's reached out! Nextpass is the ONLY app/website that I have linked both my credit card & my vehicles plate number so this massive fraud must be on YOUR end. My pleasure number is active in 21 states, 16 of which my vehicle has never been in and I have never been to

Set everything up: name, rental car plate, credit card. Toll tag closed. Ted Williams tunnel! I checked everything EVERYTHING twice! Charged $10 by Avis not the $1.50 this jank app was supposed to bill me. So… where’s the explanation of failure or any record on the app?
