I love everything about this app! It rly helps reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety bc you’re focusing on the positive aspects of your life and or day more which will also one day or immediately turn your frown upside down. Replace unwanted and unnecessary negativity from your daily routine with positivity instead. It can be that simple,easy,and effective!!! I didn’t do each action in the 10 days of Happiness immediately or consecutively every day. It allows you to do it whenever you can, want & have time for. Eventually, you’ll get there!!!

This isn’t an app to help you be happy. It’s for happy people who already have everything they need. Most of the prompts assume you have plenty of people in your life and frequent social interactions, and that you’re so well-adjusted that you have endless capacity to do things for others. I HAVE NO ONE. I GOT THIS WORTHLESS APP BECAUSE I AM MISERABLE. IT DOES NOT HELP. IT MAKES IT WORSE. I AM SO ANGRY YOU WASTED MY TIME.
