Delmarva Power Smart Home

Delmarva Power Smart Home is a pilot program for Maryland residential customers to manage energy use in vacation homes or rental properties. It includes a smart home kit with plugs, LEDs, and occupancy sensors, and a single app to set up and operate your devices from one interface.

Through the app you can monitor energy use, remotely control lighting and appliances, receive energy-use alerts, occupancy and doors/windows alerts, and stay informed about enrollment by visiting delmarva.com/smarthome.
