Pepco Smart Home is a Maryland pilot program that helps residential customers save energy, increase comfort, and reduce costs. Participants receive a Pepco Smart Home kit with easy-to-install devices like plugs, occupancy sensors, and load controllers. Downloading the Pepco Smart Home app is the first step to getting your smart home running.

The Pepco Smart Home app guides you through setting up your new technology and managing devices from a single app. Monitor and control lighting, appliances, smart thermostats, and more remotely. Create automated rules to meet your energy needs and reduce energy use during conservation periods. Enrollment is first-come, first-served; visit pepco.com/smarthome for eligibility.
