I’ve had the app for maybe only a week and somehow my account got hacked, my email and password all became invalidated. I couldn’t even reset my password. Then later I got an email directly from Apple saying my email was used to log into the app on a different device. I never even used my Apple account to sign up. I changed my passwords but still, I need support asap! Idk if I should keep the app once it’s resolved if it ever is…also the whole point of the app is to see your current usage and whatnot…but you gotta pay for that🤨 smh All us basic plan people just sees inaccurate estimates and no activity until it’s done.
