The Xfinity Prepaid iOS app is repeatedly unusable for many users. The top pain points are login failures, loading crashes and 404/Not Found errors, and broken payment features (including autopay and updating card on file). Many users also report poor or inaccessible support. Problems have persisted for months, forcing customers to rely on web or phone alternatives.

Worst app and website I’ve ever experienced for Xfinity prepaid. Couldn’t login to extend and pay my service. The page stopped at right after logging in and looped back to choosing address again and again. Wasted a lot of time

I enjoy the freedom of this service as I travel a lot. So not being committed to a plan does help. However, when trying to use this app to refill the data, it either will lag or be very buggy or even freeze completely. If these things weren’t present, I’d recommend using the app for its convenience. Again, other than this app, I still say it’s a great service to have.

The app sits with a spinning circle then says sorry whoops problem on our end try again later. Customer service sucks app sucks might just switch to star link.
