In 12 weeks you reflect daily on the five elements of greenhabit: Nutrition, exercise, relaxation, positive thinking and social environment. In this way, you experience less stress and start living from your personal motives. Together with a buddy you will be challenged and rewarded to be active with your mental and physical health.

To use the greenhabit course you need a greenhabit account. The training always consists of a duo-license, you do the 12 weeks together with a self-chosen buddy and possibly a team. It can start on any Monday.

Before the start of the greenhabit training, you will receive a training package containing the greenhabit book and a bottle, among other things. Daily you will receive content, challenges and measurements and reflect on the five elements. You will be challenged and rewarded to be active with your mental and physical health. Daily repetition creates a new habit in your subconscious brain. In small steps (micro-goals, challenges) you work towards a larger goal. Social attention is a big part of the training. The community is a very important part of the game. Being able to participate in society and make a contribution is essential to experience happiness.
