Alert Valley Metro Safety App is a free mobile solution for riders to discreetly report safety and security concerns to the police. Users can submit text messages, photos, six-second video clips, and precise locations, with a design that works even with weak signals and offline queuing so reports are sent when connectivity returns. From the home screen, you can tap Report an Issue or Call 911; photos are sent with the camera flash disabled for discretion.

The app also features BOLO alerts to share information about persons of interest or missing persons and promotes the See Something, Say Something safety principle.
