JTA See & Say is a free safety and security app that helps riders quickly and discreetly report concerns directly to the police. From the home screen, you can send text, photos, six-second video, and precise location, using two options: 'Report an Issue' or 'Call 911'. Reports are designed to work offline and auto-send when connectivity returns, with text sent before photos for speed.

BoLO (Be On the Look Out) alerts keep you informed of persons of interest from the police, and you can report anonymously, select locations and categories, and help keep riders and communities safer with the motto “See Something, Say Something.” This app emphasizes discreet reporting, rapid communication, and reliability even in low-signal areas to enhance overall rider safety and community security.
