Buggy and unreliable for an app that manages reservations and payments. For a long time, the Add to Apple Wallet feature did not work. Finally, they updated the app to fix that error. I just updated to the latest version, and that feature is once again broken. WallyPark, I know you're a relatively small company with an even smaller IT team (which might even be outsourced), but the underlying technology for the service you provide is relatively straightforward and commonplace. Please do better!

The app is still very buggy- unable to book on the app. Will get frequent errors that kick out, even when selecting date. Pretty big deal breaker when does not serve a primary purpose. Have to book on the web to use, which then does not allow to add to Apple wallet. Major flaw in functionality.
