I’d love to rate the features of the app, but whenever I try to login it says there’s been an issue and the request can’t be processed.

Regardless of whether I try to use First Service’s app, website or QR code that links me to a website, I am never able to login. The company is certainly behind the times on technology. I just bought a house in August and it’s like prying teeth to get information, even stickers for my car windshield to open the gate! I hope I’m not breaking any rules because I have been unable to obtain the rules and regulations too. Extremely frustrating!
