I have to use this app for work on a daily basis and it is an absolute struggle. Painful. Every. Single. Time. It is glitchy, buggy and llaggy. Constantly says it has no or poor network connection despite where I am or that I am on WiFi. A PIN must be entered every time I use It which is fine, 4 digits, except for the fact that there is a 5 second pause between when I can enter the next digit. Leave the app for one second? Come back and have to enter the PIN again. There are several types of cases I do in the OR. Here’s a suggestion? Instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom of all the possible choice, why not make the app somewhat smart where it realizes the types of cases that I consistently time after time am utilizing and place them at the top of the list? Step up your game Helia, this app is pretty much trash.

This is a terrible app. The pricing in the app is incorrect causing my cases to be rejected. I have been trying to get one of the cases resolved for almost a month and the pricing is still incorrect. This prevents me from obtaining POs from the account. Customer service has been very friendly but nothing is getting resolved. The reviews who say the app is great and it is a time saver must be bots because there is no way this app saves anyone any time.
