The utilization of telemedicine in our solution breaks the barrier of distance and creates quick access to clinicians and other healthcare practitioners' advice at your convenience and comfort.

Partnering with other healthcare stakeholders on the platform, the solution helps the doctor reach a full diagnosis by sending a laboratory test request by selecting from a preloaded medical test list, and the patient gets notified to get their samples taken based on the preferred laboratory choice, and on the user's location at their convenience and comfort.

Laboratory test results are uploaded on the platform, after which an e-prescription is written and sent to the pharmacy, and users or patients pick it up, or it is delivered. Users can have drugs delivered to their preferred location, and laboratory personnel can be assigned to draw blood samples anywhere they are. In addition, the platform stores user medical records for physician effectiveness within a 3-minute consultation.

The platform also offers a patient management feature: a pill reminder that significantly reminds patients about their medications for compliance, and 24-hour instant communication with doctors if any issues arise, which can be solved immediately in the patient's recovery phase.
