Voice and video calls: Start or join calls from your conversations when you need to talk through a situation face to face or by voice. Urgent alerts: Receive high-priority notifications for time-sensitive, safety-critical events so critical information is less likely to be missed (where enabled and permitted on your device). Work in context: Sign in with your facility account, view your profile and security settings, and use the app in the flow of your existing Helix-enabled organization.
