Due to me having a lot of health issues and don’t drive anymore. I realize on my phone. So when you need to use data and you can’t. It cause problems when I have to keep asking people where to get somewhere! When I send a text message it fails unless I’m home connected to my internet. Tiered of the no help from customer service and gonna look around to see if there’s a better lifeline!!! This one only giving me more reason to need lifeline to call 911
