2026-07-16	Ka*****	Multipoint connection is a great idea but unfortunately it has an implementation issue which makes the user experience unacceptable. If you pair 3 devices the app will randomly connect to any of them. My phone seems to have the lowest priority. This forces me every time to manually disconnect one of my laptops before I can connect my phone. 1 star because for the price of the headphones this is unacceptable. I could ofcourse permanently disconnect one of my other devices but this is also no good solution since I use them often.

2026-07-16	Ra*****	Trying to make these headphones stop launching Music on my Apple device and they simply will not connect to my Bose Quiet Comfort headset after multiple attempts. Deleted the app within 20 minutes of using it. The Bose Connect app had no problem with the headset, but this is just terrible and provides little or no value.

2026-07-14	Bi*****	This little speaker has amazing sound! Not just clarity but with the deep bass sound it can also single out. Finding old songs with new sound is amazing! Definitely would recommend this speaker to anyone!!

They confused minimalism with a lack of emotion when interacting with our Bose devices via the app; after all, music isn't just something to be felt—it’s something to be touched and seen, too! They really ought to take a look at other apps and give us users a better Bose experience!

2026-07-12	He*****	Probably one of the worst applications I've used in a while. Cannot login or create an account, it sees my device but refuses to connect. Firmware on my speaker is up to date. Application is garbage and needs to be fixed for the Bose S1 Pro+
