When I figure out and downloaded the app and got connected to my Wi-Fi I was dismayed to see that I cannot turn on or off the fireplace with the app nor change the heat, flame, etc. on the fireplace. Like others, I am not sure this app is worth the trouble to download.

It needs to be able to have routines such as “turning on at 5:00am” and “turning off at sunset” or something similar. My mind went to Alexa and they don’t have you listed. The remote works fine via phone but I don’t want to have to manually turn it on every time. My purchase my choice. Let me control it how I want to control it

The only reason I bought electric heat was to be able to control it via WiFi. I can’t even get my phone to connect to the heater and when I do I have to go through the whole set up process for it to work. The app never stays connected. It sad and disappointing that I got suckered into this whole thing.
