Pros

Cons

Mobile app lacks parity with the web: cannot update CRM data (e.g., Salesforce notes) from the app.

Didn’t see anywhere to report mobile bugs, so I’m leaving a review. I like to watch calls and leave comments for my reps. Works great on Mac, but the iOS app won’t let me comment. The comment section opens, but when I click on the comment bar,y keyboard doesn’t appear, there no way for me to add my comment.

I love the Gong service but it seems like they only allow you to do copy and paste on the website because the app doesn’t allow the functionality on iOS a bit disappointing to not be able to update salesforce with notes from calls
