Cons

No native iPad support and no landscape mode; iPad users are left with a phone-optimized experience.
Mobile feature gaps and web parity issues: cannot copy/paste, can't mark deals for forecast, limited editing in forecast entries, and filters often don't match the web view.
Reliability problems: frequent crashes, login/auth issues (MFA), and disruptive prompts that interrupt updating.
UI/UX inconsistencies and non-native feel compared to desktop, including saved views running incorrectly.

Downloaded the app, entered my corporate email address to login, then encountered a 404 error. Junk!

Doesn’t work well with Microsoft Authentication when doing MFA. It will Authenticate with the MSFT Auth app but when you go back to the Clari app it never logs in. It just becomes an endless cycle of trying to log in like it’s phishing for credentials and certificates.
