Gong should be banned in the EU / Germany. This can be used by companies to spy on employees and it uses "AI" to analyze feelings / behavior of customers and employees without explicitly telling them about this. They are only told that calls get recorded to create transcripts, but much more is happening.

I use the mobile app all the time when working on the road. Video playback/feedback is very easy. Appreciate the bugs that have been worked out along the way.
