For stroke teams to unite and excel, perform well and collaborate in real time, continuously monitor and improve The care of acute stroke from arrival to revascularization - medical or interventional. That's what this app is for.

INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED TO USE THE APP

This app is a complete bedside implementation of the pathway for care of acute stroke in hospitals - from presentation to the emergency department till revascularization.

Along with the companion 'receiver' app which receives real time updates from this bedside app, this will facilitate accurate real time communication, monitoring of any delays (with built in timer) and also documentation of patient movement through the care pathway, thus enabling thorough and rapid auditing to continuously improve performance of the team.

Ultimately, we expect this will take out at least some of the stress associated with acute stroke management and thereby enable care providers to focus on what is important - providing the most appropriate treatment in time.
