NIH Score & stroke tools is a physician-focused Chrome extension designed to support the acute phase management of stroke. It includes the NIHSS calculator, access to AHA and ESO guidelines for thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy, late thrombectomy, wake-up stroke, and a Time Manager that calculates door-to-needle time from symptom onset to hospital arrival. On Apple Watch, the tool provides ABCD2, CHA2DS2-VASc, Modified Rankin Scale, and ASPECTS scores for quick bedside assessment. The extension is intended for neurologists and emergency physicians, and is also helpful for residents and medical students.
