Inbound Calls

• Receive calls coming to your LiveAgent account even when not logged in the browser app
• Setup availability in specific departments for calls coming on your mobile device
• Use your phone as a "headset" to pickup calls when logged in on your browser

Outbound Calls

• Make outbound calls from any selected phone number that you have connected to your LiveAgent account
• Browse through your LiveAgent contacts
• Make internal calls between agents or departments
