Anyway to add additional payment option other than gift and/or adding personal cards directly to the site?

Was given a 10-11 minute ETA on the app, when got to the restaurant was given an additional 20-30 minute ETA on top of that. Had I of known that, I would have ate at home. But this isn’t the first incident of having app issues. I’ve often tried to place orders ahead of time and the app glitches up, or I have to enter my card multiple times. It definitely discourages me from ordering Velvet Taco with having an app that doesn’t work properly.
