For the longest time the app was ridiculously slow and didn’t play nice with my vpn no matter the settings. Now, text messaging hasn’t worked for over a week. I’ve sent emails to support and never hear back. The app says the messages are delivered but it’s a lie. You can’t reply on this service.

2026-07-13	En*****	My first two weeks with this app were spent messaging two separate customer support email chains every other day because over and over, nothing would work, so every single step of setting this stuff up I had to message customer support. If you're in a hurry, definitely use something else. Also, virtual credit cards can only be used with auto-fill. They cannot be used with Apple Pay or tap to pay.
