2026-04-25	Aa*****	This app sucks you try to find your bill you try to pay it can’t find past statements. It’s all mixed up horrible app. Whoever hired the person to make this app must’ve been a relative of someone who is higher in office of Pleasanton. Shame shame shame do it right? It sucks.

2025-01-17	Pl*****	For more than a month, I have tried to access the website to monitor my water use. At this point, I believe they simply don’t want us to see the actual daily use when they tell you you have a water leak. It’s my problem. A $1200.00 water bill without proof of use is outrageous. they tell me I have a leak, but my meter reads 0.00 which indicates no water use at all. I don’t trust the cities readings.

2024-12-17	Th*****	When it works it works, but when it doesn’t, you’re screwed. It’s like they don’t really want you to use the app, or just don’t understand how to fix bugs, or even identify them. How do you report a bug? Nobody knows. It’s been days since I could even log in, and am just met with a cryptic error, even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Is it too much to ask for a working app that’s basically a way for me to pay them what I owe them?

2021-07-14	De*****	The app has always been basic at best, but in the recent past it atleast used to work. It has just completely stopped working since the last one month or so…. I am not even able to make a payment online. Get your act together please.
