Recent reviews

Not the first time I’ve used this app, but it is the last. I booked a full day directly from one venue’s website. I bought four tickets to a museum using this app. When my email confirmation arrived, tickets were for the wrong date. Their customer service chat does not work properly, and did not display all of the text in the conversation. Obviously a problem with their App. The person who was supposed to be “helping me” said he was having trouble. And yet, they told me I must’ve booked the tickets wrong. They issued tickets for the wrong date and just took my money. I suggest you use GetYourGuide or book directly on attraction sites. v I live in France. Epic customer service fail.
