Recent reviews

Their customer service is very slow to respond. It is hard to get points added from a missing points stay. Also, there is not an easy way to see points redemptions. Maybe it’s user error, but it is not apparent in the app and I wind up calling the hotel directly. Kind of a pain.

I wouldn’t consider this an app, more of a website masquerading as an app. Please refresh to make booking easier. It gets frustrating which pushes me away from reserving rooms. Please model your website/app after Bonvoy.
