This app helps me remember when my window is open to eat and to fast, plus it gives me a 30 minute warning to eat a snack before my fasting starts in the evening. The fasting time is adjustable and I’ve lost 10 pounds using this app as of January , 2026. Give it a try, it has helped me.

No subscriptions, no bogus additional offerings. Just a simple fasting app

I enjoy everything about this app, except that there is no audible alert to notify eating window, and fasting start time. It would be nice to hear an alert when I am busy elsewhere.
