View time by day, week, or project right from your mobile device.

For expenses, generate reports allocated across project phases, snap receipts to auto-fill fields, and submit for approval in a few taps. Getting started requires Ajera 10.30.06+ and an active Deltek Ajera license; your admin can activate the app and provide your organization's URL. See the Ajera Learning Center for setup details.

Receipt handling is a major pain point—receipt scanning and uploading both fail, including limits on loading multiple receipts and timeouts. Onboarding and login can block use (terms acceptance, login screen). Users also report poor navigation, inability to view or edit expense lines on mobile, and occasional server outages. Overall, many users view the mobile app as non-functional.

Recent reviews

Downloaded this to add work expenses and do my timesheet when I’m on the job site. But the “Time” section on the bottom bar does not show and neither does the “Menu bar”. Is there a fix?

It starts with the URL, and since there's no guidance I put in the URL we normally log in to, which produces a long list of info starting with Resource Not Found. I've never actually been able to open the app, and since the link to write to the devs takes me to an address I can't see I my phone but prompts me to log in, had to pass on that option as well.

This app is the worst app I have ever used. It’s constantly crashing takes me 10 times longer than it should. I would rather gouge my eyeballs out then use this app.
