Movatic offers an easy rental flow and can deliver pleasant rides when bikes are well-maintained and stations are available. However, reviews repeatedly show persistent issues: billing errors and disputed charges, unreliable locking and bike maintenance, inconsistent app performance, limited bike/station availability, and weak customer service, which together undermine the experience.

Occasional helpful customer support from staff.

Recurring billing charges/ disputes with slow or no refunds.
Locking/unlocking failures and bikes that are unrideable due to hardware problems.

Recent reviews

When I went to return my paddle board the app wouldn’t load (cell reception wasn’t the issue) and I had to wait there for a full hour for the app technicians to fix the problem. The cookie on top was being charged for the 4 hour rental instead of the 2 hour rental. 👎
