The customer service worker 'Rey' was the least helpful individual I have ever had the displeasure of having to communicate with in my entire life. If I could rate the customer service experience on its own, I would give it a zero out of 10. I will not only never rent anything from this company ever again, but I will also actively discourage everyone I know from ever utilizing this service.

if I could give negative 0 I would!!! WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR APP! they charged me 3x the rate when I returned 30mins after rental to make sure I was below the $25 original stated charge and this company is charging me $125 saying I didnt end the rental which is absolutely not the case. everything was closed and locked and they are refusing to return my money or make things right. this company is crimal. DO NOT USE!
