can't even sign up with a US phone number because the verification flow is broken. try using email or at least a different method with the website. there's no other way to try to sign up, and no easy way to contact support. not at all a thought through software

I really loved the bike, fast, strong, such a good time in the city, wasn’t too Long to sign up However, their clever bug in the interface didn’t register my apple Pay right away - and tricked me into paying twice So the one star reviews are totally true and my experience, and I suspect intentionality That said, great experience and bike!! Also writing apps that have no bugs is hard
