I usually purchase my Universal Studios tickets on the website, but I decided to buy them through the app yesterday. When I was ready to check out, I added my card information and hit pay. I did this about two times and on both times, It said to fix my payment information. I double checked my information and everything was correct which was odd to me. Since it didn’t work both times, I decided to not buy them on the app. I checked my bank transactions and the two payments went through!! When on the app, the payment never went through & failed. This is ridiculous!!! Currently on the phone right now with the bank so i can resolve this. Universal was not helpful with this.
