Poor app stability: frequent hangs, freezes, and crashes during use.
Unreliable customer support access: phone support hangs up and the AI assistant is unhelpful.
Security/verification issues: 3D Secure not working and SMS-based verification problems (including SMS issues on US numbers).

Recent reviews

Nothing about this app works. Receiving login verification codes via text doesn’t work. Calling customer support via the app doesn’t work. I have all of my account info, but unable to actually log into the account. Avoid.

The app often freezes up and now is hung up the third step in the sign up process. I’m unable to move to the next step so it’s unclear if opening a new account is even possible. If the app is this glitchy, I’m not sure I’m comfortable with trusting it with my finances.
