Obtuse, awful bank. I’ve had to work with them because I became the guardian of an ailing family member. They have been nothing but difficult to work with, either intentionally obtuse or completely inept for years. Every time I’ve had to do anything it has been weeks of having to call multiple times to get something sorted.
