However, the app is plagued by recurring login problems, crashes, update navigation bugs, missing/limited features (pending transactions, Zelle, transfers), and slow support when issues arise. 1st Advantage has superb services and operations. I have been a member since 1977 and I have seen them grow and develop exponentially over those years. They are truly a members organization, dedicated to their owners. I feel confident they will continue to serve their membership owners through providing exceptional leadership and financial services.
