I got the message “Bem-vindo ao ABANCA. Aceda ao seu online banking e app do ABANCA com o seu NIF e Password (no lugar do pin) do EUROBIC” but this doesn’t work.

I received a message to send proof of employment. The camera function to take and send a photo results with very bad resolution (16pro) and is not accepted by the bank. I struggled to take a good photo with no success. Then the app states if you don’t want to take a photo there are other ways of attaching it, but provides no instructions how to do this. I cannot find a way to attach and send the info they request and the image from the camera is too blurry. This is the only time I see the camera on a 16pro take such a bad photo. Really frustrating!!!
