I’m getting an error when trying to submit a report while on the address select screen: “Error. Unable to connect server. Please contact Administrator.” I couldn’t find a way in the app to report the issue or a POC to send an email to.

From home I tried to report a surging mosquito infestation in Tijuana River Valley. The app tells me I am not in San Diego County (University City is no longer in SD???) and my ‘report will not be considered.’ The mosquitos will be celebrating

I have submitted items through the app, only to find out it is the same old local government. I had expected some sort of correspondence with the county, bit instead just closed the item without any resolution. Thanks County of San Diego. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
